NOTE:
US State Department has issues with the documentation that is used to declare a child eligible for an orphan visa in Nepal. It is our understanding that steps have been taken by the Nepal Ministry to try and address these concerns. It is imperative that applicants considering an adoption from Nepal be knowledgeable regarding these issues. Go to www.adoption.state.gov and www.travel.state.gov for their official posting.

For general information contact the AIAA/Michigan office and ask for the Nepal Program Administrator, Suzanne Ehlen, or email her at suze@aiaaadopt.org.

We look forward to working with you for a child from Nepal.
